Situated at 25 km of Craiova , South Western Romania , on DN 55 Road , 250 km from Bucharest – Romania and 300 km from Sofia Bulgaria, Bratovoiesti Farm has a total land area of 30 hectares (295,000 square meters) and as a main activity:
- Champignon Mushrooms production
- Vegetables production in greenhouses
The Farm is fully equipped with all the necessary utilities for carrying out production such as:
- Electrical Power (Installed capacity of 100 Kva)
- 5 watter wells irrigation
- Liquid fuel boiler that provides heating for the production halls
- 8 solid fuel boilers that provide heating for the greenhouses
- Sewerage
- Irrigation equipment for the greenhouses and outdoor production
1. HeadquartersofCompany /Residence
The building has three levels : basement , groundfloor , first floor. It is built with a reinforced concrete foundation, concrete ceiling , brickwalls, and a Lindabmetalroof , with a footprint of 379 sqm.
The building has a total usable area of 909 sqm, and is fully furnished and equipped with all utilities like: electrical power, gas, sewerage, telephone , internet etc. The property has also an exterior lighting on the entire land related to the building.
The property has a 5 hectares(50,000 sqm) acaciaplantation, and a 1.5 hectares (15,000 sqm) artificial lake.
2. Administrative Headquarters1
The Administrativ Headquarters 1 has only ground floor and is made of reinforced concrete foundation with brick walls and a metalroof with a total usable area of 322 sqm.
3. Administrative Headquarters2
The Administrative Headquarters 2 is a reinforced concrete foundation building with brick walls and aroof tiles with a total usable area of 489 sqm.
Building annexes of the Administrative Headquarters 2 : guard house, swimmingpool, tennis court, warehouse , cellar , solid fuel boiler for heating and a 1 hectare(10,000sqm) artificial lake.
4. Specialized halls for mushroomproduction
In 2006 a project partially financed by SAPARD European funds was finished . This project included the rehabilitation and equipping of the sheds/halls for the production of Champignon Mushrooms. The total Production area obtained was aprox. 4100 sqm of culture beds on 3 levels. The production halls were composed of 7 halls/sheds each 70m long and 10 m wide , with a usable surface of 685 sqm.
The renovation of the halls comprises of:
- Worksto consolidate thestructureof resistance
- Fullrestorationofroofs
- Rigips ceiling cladding, all over the halls
- Interior and exterior plasters
- Paints and paint
- Metal and wood joinery
- Providing new power plants, resistant to high humidity
The same project also included : Central heating unit on oil fuel for heating all mushroom production units , individual chillers for each production hall , covered silo , compost pasteurization chamber with steam heating unit.
5. Greenhouses forvegetable production– 1 ha (10,000 sqm)
In 2010 a Greenhouse project was started for building 28 greenhouses summing a total surface of 20,000 sqm, out of which only 15 greenhouses have been finished so far with a total surface of 10,500 sqm. The destination of these greenhouses is “Vegetable cropsfor consumption”
Utilities:
- Power supply will be the transformer station (inside) and from there to general arrays located at the entrance of each module.
- Water supply is from a drilled well, equipped with submersible pumps that feed water tank of 50 m3 at a height of 10m.
- 8 solid fuel boilers that provide heating greenhouses. Each Heater has 250KW heating power , Fabri brand , made in Italy.
- Irrigation is done by dripping installations .
6. Irrigation instalation for outside vegetable crops
Inside the farm , on 5 hectares(50,000sqm) of land is installed dripping irrigation equipment for outside vegetable crops .
The land is enriched with byproduct from mushroom production (used compost), having a much more bigger productivity
7. GrainMill
The building of the mill has a total usable surface of 310sqm composed of:
- Wheat mill : 152.9 m2
- Corn mill: 51 m2
- Storage unit : 106.5 m2
The mill consists of two equipments:
- Wheat mill , with a capacity of 24 to/day , an extraction degree of 72% , and an installed power of 70 Kw
- Corn mill , with a capacity of 20to/day , and an extraction degree of 85% and an installed power of 15 kw
8. Artificial lake
Inside the farm an artificial lake was build with a surface of 1.5 hectares(15,000sqm) with the shore reinforced with concrete tiles.
9. Vineyardplantation
A vineyard plantation was planted on a surface of aprox. 4000sqm, equipped with a dripping irrigation . |
