History, arts, countryside and peasant's life all at the same time and in one place.
Casa Santa Cristina is a semi-detached house ( no burglars, because the Italian neighbours are present all the year round - very nice people). The house is built in natural stone with two porticos made of beams and tile roofs. It is situated 600 metres above sea level (summers not too hot) with a marvelous view wide into the country. Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio are each about 20 km away. You can see parts of Perugia from the house, and you can also see the Monte Subasio, on the slope of which Assisi is built
The house is comparatively small (5 persons to be accommodated), but there are a number of facilities like pool, garage, 2 sheds, enough space of parking and playing. Best of all is the large ground of 2 ha with olive trees on 15 terraces,and fruit trees around the house.
Have cherries, plums, peaches, apricots, apples, grapes and figs during the summer months and enjoy the olive harvest in November with relatives or friends.
