On the lower level is the kitchen (with original bread oven) and lounges with french doors leading to a bourgainvilea covered veranda with dining table for 10, perfect for alfresco evenings or lunches avoiding the midday sun. The lounge has a double sofa bed and a spare single bed for extra guests and leads to a spacious double bedroom with en-suite facilities.
The kitchen / dining room is simply styled with large table, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave etc. and plenty of crockery and utensils for entertaining. Outside the kitchen there is a barbecue patio with a natural Well and outside shower. The house is on the town water supply. A vine covered shrub-lined outside stair-way connects the two levels.
The Pool level houses the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a large twin bedded room with en-suite shower room.There is a small garden with mature pine and olive trees and flowering shrubs, one tree houses a hammock. There is also a " Chill out area", a veranda with soft furnishing with THE MOST BEAUTIFUL views towards the sunset during the day and at night for watching the cabaret of the visiting cruise ships and ferry boats going to and fro the new harbour at Tourlos just visible below. All of the terraces are spot-lit at night. A small utility room houses a washing machine.
San Stephanos is a family friendly beach with several quality tavernas and bars. There is a frequent bus service into the cosmopolitan town of Mykonos which is only 2.5-km away.
Mykonos town is a white labyrinth of unspoilt Cycladic architectural beauty boasting the utmost in designer chic with the best dining and nightlife in all of Greece.
Car or scooter hire is recommended (but not strictly necessary) to make the most of the twenty or so beaches, some non-stop wild partying, some quiet and others virtually deserted.

The house is 145 mts. internal at present on land of 475 sq. mts - however we have recently found out that, as we are within the town boundary, we can build extensively (an extra 197 sq. mts.) and add to the existing layout to create double what we already have.
