the house is an old stone terraced house built 12th century, inside the look is contempary, needs a little updating but that is reflective of the price. It has panaramic views over the Buka Kotorska which is a tribitory of the Adrianic sea, non tidal, you can swim outside the door of the house, there are two car ports for parking and a stone mouring for a boat or sunbathing or having morning coffee in the sun. The house is bright and easy to maintain, a nice community with some shops scattered around, some little bars etc but not commercialised as is the other side of the bay. Nearest airport is Tivat which is 15mins by car. The house is available for rental also during months of April to October, suit five to eight people @£100 per person per week, we prefer max of six people if pass. The house has two balconies .
