House composition :

This charming country house is located in a small hamlet, in a very friendly environmental area, quiet, south oriented with no construction in front of it. It is surrounded by fields with exquisite view of the Luberon mountains and the South Hills.
This house is made of 4 rooms; its size is 80 sq. meters in three floors, with a small terrace of 8 sq. meters.
There are 3 bedrooms of 20, 18 and 7 sq. meters.
Ground floor is a living room with a fitted kitchenette (no integrated equipment).
First floor is a large bedroom and a bathroom + toilets of 7 sq. meters (with French cellar).
Second floor is a large bedroom (high enough to build a mezzanine) and a small bedroom.
Old tomettes pavement are on the 1st & 2nd floor.
Electricity wiring has been fully renovated.
Some walls and the cellar of the living room have to be prepared for painting.
All taxes (owning and living tax) are of 600 euros per year.
