This first floor apartment has two twin bedrooms, bathroom, separate kitchen and lounge with a dining area. The good size terrace, with table and chairs, provides an ideal place for eating al fresco. The kitchen is fitted with oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine plus the usual kettle, toaster, microwave oven. There is an iron and ironing-board and a hair dryer etc
There is a communal pool that overlooks a pretty cactus garden. We are set in a quiet residential area but all the amenities are within easily walking distance. It's about 20 minutes stroll from the pretty sandy coves and beaches at Playa Flamenca and Punta Prima, just south of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca. A nice selection of restaurants and bars are within 2-3 mins walk, and just a further 5 mins away is the “Centro Commercial” with countless bars and restaurants providing good food and entertainment, including Spanish, French, Italian, German, Hungarian, Chinese, Indian and of course English cuisine. Should you wish to use a car there is ample on-street parking available. There are three golf courses within 10 minutes drive and lots more just 15 or 20 minutes away. The stylish
city of Alicante with its palm tree lined boulevards is about 35miles in one direction and the old harbour city of Carthagena is a similar distance the other way.
