The access road and parking place in the land is of natural blue stone. Next to the parking place is a very big detached closed garage that fits up to 3 cars.

Also detached of the house is a separate spacious studio flat with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, ideal for independent caring-personnel or to be used as a separate guest studio flat. Also detached is a dog-kennel. The land is closed with a 1.80 meter (5.9 feet) high fence made of treated eucalyptus wood and green PVC covered wire netting, with direct access to the beach. The land counts 50 coconut trees. The front side of the land surrounds the beach with a stunning 105 meters (328 feet) ! The house stands 10 meters (32.8 feet) above sea level. It has been constructed in 2005 and is very well maintained. Both the land and the house are registered.

The property is located in Salvador’s northern beach area called Coconut Coast. The scenic highway called “linha verde” (or green line) connects the beach towns of the Coconut Coast with Salvador. Using this scenic green line and only 10 minutes drive from the property is a beachfront 18 hole golf court, situated in the famous 5 star resort of Costa do Sauipe. Other popular beach towns are all at close reach: Praia do Forte (20min.), Imbassai (15min.), Subaúma (15min.), Porto do Sauipe (5min.).
