Kulenin Evi is a spacious, air conditioned four bedroom, four bathroom holiday villa to rent, superbly located actually in Kalkan town, not up the hillside, about 200 metres from the sea front and even less from the centre of the main street. The house offers stunning views of Kalkan Bay, Kalkan town and the surrounding Taurus Mountains.

The house is tastefully furnished and is surrounded by private gardens containing a private 32 sq. m. fresh water swimming pool, a 13 jet hydro air system jacuzzi and terraces with sun beds, tables, chairs and umbrellas. It is in a small complex of five houses, built in 2002, very close to Kalkan town centre, the beach and the old Greek area.

All the rooms have balconies or direct access to patio areas. The ground floor accommodation comprises a large, air-conditioned double bedroom, (5.7m x 3.8m) with a 6 ft. wide bed, dressing room and ensuite shower room and an air conditioned twin bedded room with adjacent shower room, both with direct access to the gardens and terrace.

On the first floor is the air conditioned sitting room, 5.7m x 5.25m, with two balconies overlooking Kalkan Bay. The sitting room has two 3 seater sofas and one 2 seaier sofa. DVD and CD players are provided with a limited range of DVDs/CDs, bring your own if you want to. There are also games, including chess and backgammon and a selection of books.

The kitchen/dining room is also on the first floor with an extensive range of units, crockery, cutlery and glasswear for ten, cooking utensils, 4 ring gas hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer with balcony overlooking the gardens and private pool with steps to the terraces and pool. There is also a large dining table with chairs.

The second floor comprises a large, air conditioned double bedroom with a 6 ft. wide bed, dressing room and bathroom with jacuzzi and shower and two balconies overlooking Kalkan Bay and the fourth bedroom, air conditioned, with twin beds and ensuite shower room and balcony overlooking the garden and pool with a sea view.

On the third floor you can enjoy a BBQ while you watch the sun set over Kalkan Bay and the mountains. There is also an attic room with the washing machine, clothes drier, iron and ironing board and fridge to keep your drinks cool when on the roof terrace.

The house accommodates eight people.

All windows are fitted with insect screens allowing the windows to be opened without the risk of insects flying in. Mosquito machines are also supplied for all bedrooms.
