Hilton Head Breakers #240 is a Completely Renovated, True Direct Oceanfront, Private End Unit Condo and has the Best View Hilton Head Island has to offer. You have a breathtaking, panoramic view of the beach and ocean. The only thing between Breakers #240 and the ocean is a few feet of sand; you really cannot get any closer. It is like being on the beach without leaving the villa. You will get to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean every second of your vacation. You can watch the kids jumping the waves and building sandcastles while making dinner or relaxing on the sofa. You can actually call the kids in off the beach right from your own private balcony!
Being a "Private End Unit" there is a side window in the living room which has a wonderful view of a beautiful courtyard, including a pond and fountain. There are only three condos in the entire complex with this view! This is an ideal second floor villa, not too far up yet not too low where shrubs and plantings obstruct your view. This is not a unit that has the steps next to the balcony; which also gives you added privacy.
Breakers #240 will accommodate up to four guests. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room and {bunks in a hall alcove.} The bunks are great when you have kids, you don't have to pull out the sofa bed and have it in your way. You can put the kids to bed, shut the door and have the living room to yourself. You can relax, watch TV or sit on the balcony without disturbing them. The bunks can also accommodate adults. The bedroom has new furniture and a TV.
If you're looking for a renovated, clean, cute, comfortable place to spend your Hilton Head Island vacation look no further. Breakers #240 was completely renovated Jan./04 and Jan./05, some of the renovations include: ceramic floors in kitchen, hall and bath, New: kitchen cabinets and counter tops, microwave/convection oven, stove top, washer, dryer, refrigerator with icemaker and renovated bath. We live on Hilton Head Island on North Forest Beach "our favorite area" so we are able to make sure our villa is clean and well maintained. We personally inspect Breakers #240 prior to each arrival, insuring our guest a wonderful, enjoyable stay. Being local owners enables us to update our villa regularly. {The majority of our guest is repeat renters.} If they need to contact us during their stay, we are just a phone call away.
