The Breakers complex is your best choice if you have a family of 6 (no more than 4 adults), and would like to stay right on the beach across from Coligny Square (the closest thing to downtown that Hilton Head has).

It is very affordable; perfect for couples or small families with children; within the walking distance from over 80 shops, restaurants, entertainment, grocery store, fitness center, etc.

Unit 305 is located on the third floor and has a great view of the ocean.Enjoy the ocean sounds, breathe fresh salty air and watch people walking on the beach while sitting on your private balcony.

Our villa has brand new (purchased in 2004):

- new washer and dryer
- new kitchen furniture
- new tile floors


Fully equipped kitchen also has refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishwasher, and house wares. Villa has central air-conditioner and heater.

You will also find 2 TV (one of the flat screen), VCR, DVD, and some books for your entertainment.

The villa sleeps 6: 4 adults and 2 children (on the bunk beds). The top bunk-bed is not recommended for children under 12 years old.

There are no elevators in the Breakers, and the villa NOT-handicap accesseble
