VILLA ROCAS - Fabulous spacious detached villa with private pool and sea views from all rooms. Situated in a peaceful location yet just 5 minutes by car to the charming medieval town of BEGUR. Here you will be spoilt for choice with an excellent array of Catalan restaurants, shops, cafes and cellar bars in the cobbled streets leading off the main square.

There are many superb local beaches, coastal villages and inland medieval towns making this an excellent base for exploration. This is an area of outstanding natural beauty where the Barcelonians like to have their holiday homes. The ancient city of Girona is just 45mins by car and if you crave city life Barcelona can be reached by car, bus or train (90 mins).

The accommodation in VILLA ROCAS is arranged as follows:
A drive leads to the front door with parking for 2 cars. This is a quiet cul de sac and there is ample parking outside the villa.
The front door leads to a hall with double bedroom and ensuite shower room off.
A further hall leads to the stairs.
Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.
The first floor has a spacious open plan living dining area with glass sliding doors to a covered dining terrace and also on this level is the very well fitted kitchen with dishwasher, a twin bedroom and a bathroom.
The top floor has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and terrace with sea views, two twin bedrooms and a further bathroom.
All bedrooms and the living room have sea views.
The garden are mainly laid to lawn with a decked sun terrace and private pool.
