This beautiful villa is situated in the community of Orange Tree on Highway 27, a short distance from Disney Theme Parks, Seaworld, Universal Studios, numerous golf courses and close to restaurants and grocery stores, which makes it ideal for that perfect family vacation.

Facilities at the community include football (soccer) field, basketball and tennis court. There is also a playground for younger children.

Accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main master bedroom has a large bathroom with a Roman bath, his and hers vanity units and a Large walk in shower. The second master bedroom has a bathroom en-suite with a shower over the bath. They both have TVs and DVDs. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds, one of which has a 'DISNEY' theme, with a TV and a Playstation 2 provided. These rooms share the 3rd bathroom.

Lots of cuddly toys for the children

A full size cot and an extra travel cot have been provided for families who may have more than one baby in their group.

the full size cot is surrounded by winnie the pooh and friends bedding and protectors.

There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen including breakfast table with 4 chairs situated in the bay window and a high chair is provided. The formal dining room has a large table suitable for seating up to 6 people. There is a very large and comfortable family room with TV, VCR, DVD and a selection of movies games and books are provided.

The sliding patio doors lead out to a sheltered lanai with a dining table and 6 chairs. Beside the 32'x15' pool are two sun loungers. A further 3 sun loungers are stored in the garage.
Plush beach towels are also provided

The pool is fully screened and is surrounded by a fence and garden with scented flowering shrubs and vines offering complete privacy. A gas barbeque is also included. Pool heating is available for an additional supplement(if required).

THE GAMES ROOM has foosball/ table football and pool table. A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided.
