At the heart of the villa is a large Family Room with large patio doors overlooking the pool area. The area has comfortable sofas and chairs and has cable TV, DVD and video. A separate living room is located at the front of the property and provides a peaceful area for a quiet read or time away from the kids should you need it.

The Family Room opens onto the dining area, which has a large dining table and breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer with ice-maker, garbage disposal, microwave oven and coffee-maker. A full-sized washing machine and tumble drier can be found in the utility room, which leads off from the kitchen.

The first Master Bedroom is situated off the Family Room and has a Queen sized bed, walk-in closet and large patio doors overlooking the pool. The en-suite bathroom has twin sinks, a bath-tub and separate shower cubicle. There is also an external door providing direct access to the pool area.

The second Master Suite has a King sized bed and en-suite bathroom with corner bath and shower cubicle. Two further Twin rooms share the third bathroom, which has a large walk-in shower.

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, colour cable TV's with videos and ceiling fans.

The fully screened swimming pool measures 13' x 26' and has an integrated bubble jet spa. It has an extended deck area with comfortable patio furniture and plenty of sun loungers for those lazy days in the Florida sunshine.

Guests are also invited to use the facilities at the Glenbrook Clubhouse. These include free broadband internet access, club lounge with large screen cable TV, games room and fitness room. Outside, there is a resort-style pool, tennis and volleyball courts. All this is included in your rental price.
