The newly built Villas are set on the Mar Menor Golf Resort, Torre Pacheco, Murcia, Costa Calida. Situated 10 mins from Murcia airport and 1 hour from Alicante, it is ideally placed to experience the Costa Calida. Offering families private pools as well as the beautiful Mar Menor beach (at Los Alcazares) within 10 mins in car. In addition for the keen golfer it is situated on a 9 hole championship golf course. Surrounding the resort there are many other golf courses, another 9 hole in the town itself (Par3) and the famous La Managa Club is 20 minutes in the car. The Resort has a large communal pool, with side bar with snacks. Also an evening restaurant and bar - there is also a gym to run off all that food! a hairdresser and small spa can also pamper away a holiday experience.

The Villa (styled as pictured) has 3 bedrooms, one is ensuite. Full facilities in kitchen/utility with terrace both up and downstairs. A large 8x4 pool for the keen swimmer, as well as an outside shower. Large groups can be accommodated with properties next to each other if available.

Costa Calida is on Spain's southeast coast, known as the "warm coast", it boasts a comfortable temperature all year. Murcia is the capital and is 30 mins by car with Cartagena a similar distance, being one of Spain's oldest ports. Glorious beaches are among the top attractions of the Costa, with long sandy stretches. The warm Mar Menor is Europe's largest salt water lagoon and is separated almost completely from the Mediterranean by the narrow 10 mile long La Manga strip of land. Costa Calida is therefore the only Mediterranean region with access to 2 seas.
