The Quintassential occupies an acre of hilltop set in breathtaking Algarvian countryside in the centre of the sunny Algarve in total peace & tranquility 15 minutes from Faro International Airport & the coast and overlooking the town of Loulé which is 5 minutes away. There are spectacular panoramic seaviews from Faro to Portimao. Parts of the Quintassential date back to mid 19th Century and are divided up into four apartment cottages all of which have their own separate entrances, own kitchens, private south-facing sun terraces and Bar-B-Q areas. All the accommodations have been furnished to a very high standard with cane and pine furniture. The apartment cottages can be booked out individually or as a whole, caters from 2 – 13 people.

Accommodation Details

The Orange Cottage is the largest of the apartment cottages at The Quintassential, a large two bedroom rustic apartment cottage decorated in typical Algarvian décor of white washed walls and with a fully fitted brand new modern kitchen including electric oven & gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle & toaster.

The Lounge/diner is tastefully decorated with cane and pine furniture, Satellite TV (free to view channels), DVD (guests to bring own DVD's) video & radio/CD player, a selection of books, puzzles, chess set, playing cards, ceiling fan & the Orange Cottage boasts an original 19th century fireplace that now houses the wood-burning stove. Double doors lead on to the very large private terrace with it's own table, cushioned seating, Bar-B-Q area and cushioned reclining chairs.

The bathroom has a new luxury double walk-in shower, washbasin, w.c., bidet and sloping wooden ceiling. The Orange Cottage bedrooms consist of one double bed & one twin bed both with sloping wooden ceilings.

The Orange Cottage sleeps a maximum of 4 adults & an infant.

Outside

The Quintassential is blessed with panoramic seaviews and spectacular countryside views, just what you need for a tranquil and relaxing holiday. The gardens at Quintassential are marvellous with many bushes, plants and fruit trees, along with quiet areas to relax and absorb the views.

The Quintassential has a large pool area, the pool measures 10 x 5m and heated. There are cushioned sun loungers, and parasols etc are provided for the use of the guests. There is also a free standing hot tub/Jacuzzi located on the pool terrace.

On arrival the owners will meet you and awaiting your arrival will be a very generous welcome hamper in your accommodation compliments of the house. For all the adult guests, bathrobes are provided for use during their stay, pool towels are provided to use only at the Quintassential and the cottages have hairdryers and alarm clocks. Guests will need to bring their own beach towels.

Prices from 1st November until 31st March include heating within the apartment cottage and the pool is heated from 1st October until 30th April.
