Newly built two bedroom apartment situated on the top floor of a 3 storey apartment block. The property has an open plan kitchen, lounge diner, bathroom with bath and shower, a seperate shower cubicle.The lounge diner leads out onto a balcony overlooking the pool. Bedroom 1 has a double bed whilst bedroom 2 has two single beds. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and both bedrooms lead out onto a balcony. There are 2 sofa beds in the lounge which sleep either 1 adult on each or 2 children. This balcony overlooks the pools and has hillside views.
This apartment was completed in 2005 and is situated on a small complex, a 10 minute stroll from Paphos harbour and only 15 minutes from the airport. Outside the complex are a small cafe / restaurant and a small supermarket. On the complex there is a swimming pool and a childrens pool and includes changing rooms and toilets. There is undercover parking and lifts to all floors. It is ideally situated for both nightlife and the daytime. During the day, take a stroll to the Paphos harbour area and sample the beaches, sightseeing and restaurants. Travel a little further to enjoy the waterpark or go karting. Paphos town centre is only a 5 minute drive away, so enjoy the shops and market area. At night Paphos comes alive with many bars, restaurants and clubs to while your night away or just simply people watch. To enjoy Cyprus fully it is advisable to hire a car, but there is more than enough things to do within walking distance of this apartment to keep you amused for all your holiday

If there are more than 8 weeks till the start of your holidays a booking deposit of £50 per week will secure the booking and is non-refundable. the balance is payable 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. If there are less than 8 weeks till the start of your holiday then payment must be made in full. Payment will be by cheque only and funds must clear prior to the start of your holiday.
Generally the minimum stay period is for 1 week or multiples thereof, although if you require a shorter term or for example a 10 day stay, then please contact the owner for availability.
Access to the apartment is from 3pm and departure from the apartment is at 10am unless previously agreed with the owner.
There will be a 'breakage' deposit of £100 required, which will be fully refunded on your return from your holiday on receipt of confirmation that no loss and/or damage, (over and above normal wear and tear), has occurred
Any increase in the numbers using the apartment must be notified in writing and approved by us.
If for any reason you have to cancel the holiday then, providing we can re-let the apartment, the deposit /rental will be returned to the hirer.
If for any reason we have to cancel your hiring, we will endeavour to offer you suitable accommodation. If you reject this, we will at your request, refund all amounts paid to date.
Terms and conditions in relation to the hiring will be forwarded to the hirer at the time of booking. |
