Our fabulous Villa in Pattaya makes the obvious choice over crowded hotels. The villa is set in its own private grounds with remote control gates. The gardens are set around the fabulous private pool with its crystal clear water warmed by Pattaya's great year round tropical sunshine. Plenty of outside seating is provided for eating, drinking and sunbathing and outside lighting in and around the pool means you can enjoy this luxury right into the evening.

Inside, you'll find a spacious lounge with polished marble floors, leather sofas, full home entertainment and even wireless internet access. Naturally, the villa is fully air conditioned to keep you wonderfully cool on even the hottest of days. The kitchen is fully fitted with granite work surfaces and all appliances - cook your home favourites or try out the local recipes for your self. If you wish, we can get a cook for you to make your holiday that bit extra special.

Upstairs are four double bedrooms, each with a king of queen sized bed. Three of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom and two their own balconies. Towels and linen will be changed regularly by your maid (who'll come to clean every day except Sunday).

To finish off your holiday, we provide a fully insured, large car to enable you to visit Pattaya and the region in comfort. For golfers you've plenty of fantastic local courses, for water sports enthusists you've the beach at less than 1km, for those who like to party, you're 10-15 mins away from Pattaya's International Walking Street. In fact, whatever you want from your holiday, you'll find it in Pattaya (except of course skiing).
