Local Intertest
The villa is ideally situated in a quite relaxing environment but it’s under 5 minutes from the bustling sea side resort Praia da Areia Branca with many ice cream parlours café and clubs that open till the early hours. It is less than a mile from the centre of the dinosaur town of Lourinha and has three supermarkets within one and a half miles so conveniently located for all your requirements. There are many wonderful local restaurants within 5 minutes or just another 5 takes you to an array of restaurants along the harbour front of the fishing town of Peniche.
Within 1 mile are two superb soft white sandy beaches of Areia Branca or the more seclude Praia Peralta, where young children will have hours of fun in the sand and older children and adults can experience the delights of learning to surf. Explore Lourinha’s quaint, cobbled streets provide plenty of small traditional shops and good cafes. The Museum of Dinosaurs celebrates one of the most significant dinosaur finds in Europe. For excitement there is the local go-kart track or a days fun at the Peniche aqua park. For natural history head to the harbour there and take a boat to the Berlengas Islands Reserve to be amazed with incredible diversity of sea life if you take a glass bottomed boat trip. For the more adventurous, swim amongst the huge shoals of fish with an organised snorkelling or diving adventure. |

Conditions
Guests will be required to sign a standard rental agreement which will be provided at the time of booking. The agreement and all payments will be required before the guests can commence their stay.
A 20% deposit will be needed to secure the booking, with the balance paid 2 months prior to arrival. In addition, a breakages deposit of £250 will be required, which will be refunded within 7 days of departure, subject to there being no damage or theft to property.
