House located in quiet area with private pool (11x4,5m) and sea view, 300 meters from the beach and 5 km from the center of Albufeira. Here you can have the best of two worlds: you stay on a quiet area, near the beach (for your sunny baths during the day), but also not to far from city center, in case you feel like a crazy night in one of so many Bars&Discos that Albufeira has to offer you.
Villa L is in the form of L with living room and kitchen making the upside of L and the bedrooms the downside of L . Living room and kitchen have a strong relationship with outside area with full fronts glass dors, involving the garden and swimming pool that face south and extend for a nice porch.

Connecting the area of the room and meals in the kitchen, is a small patio where a barbecue is available for meals outside. Although this is the body of the building there is a floor in semi-basement that includes a garage for 2/3 cars and a games room where a ping-pong table is available. In the other body of the building are the rooms, 2 on each floor. In the ground-floor is the master bedroom, with a dressing area.

The rooms, all with private bathrooms, face East. Access to rooms is through a patio with big glass windows from seeling to floor. There is also a terrace at 1st floor facing South and West, and another terrace facing South is a perfect belveder for sunset.
