The villa is located in the quiet residential area of VALE DA TELHA in the picturesque Costa Vicentina National Park.
Within 10minutes walk there are 2 small, but well stocked supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
A perfect area for walking, swimming, surfing, horse riding, cycling and tennis.
A few minutes drive to some of the best quiet, unspoilt, sandy beaches in the Western Algarve. Renowned for the surfing.
Arrifana, Monte Clerigo, Bordeira and Carrapatiera to mention just a few.
10 minutes drive to Aljezur where there are bars, cafes, banks, museums, small supermarkets. surf shop, post office and a fabulous indoor market selling all fresh local vegetables, fruit, bread, cheeses and fresh caught fish. An 18th century church and remains of Roman castle.
A 20 minute drive to Lagos with numerous good shops and restaurants. A large marina.
If hiring a car, a trip up the Monchique mountains is a must, but choose a sunny day to appreciate the views.

A 30% deposit on confirming booking. This is not refundable if holiday is cancelled. An insurance is recommended to cover for
cancellation due to illness etc.
Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival, or full amount if booking is made 8 weeks prior to holiday.
Payment can be made by personal cheque, direct deposit to Portuguese or English bank. Sorry we are not able to accept credit cards.
Book into the villa on arrival from 4.00.pm and vacate no later than 10.00am on last day of holiday. These times must be adhered to, to allow for thorough cleaning for the next guest.
Please telephone agent - Emelia on 00351 960025354 giving approx. time of arrival. If going for an evening meal or drink before booking into the villa when you will be late, please let Emilia know so that she can arrange for the handover of the key. Emilia is Portuguese, but speaks English.

Villa is priced for 6 guests. No reduction for less than six in peak periods.
Cleaning can be arranged with my local agent for €7 per hour, paid direct to her on completion.
