LIERNA VACATION HOME RENTAL DESCRIPTION A lovely well kept “villettta” (sort of villa) by th Como Lake, on the side of Lecco. The accommodation (on 2 levels + meeting area, 135m2) is equipped with a swimming pool, which is sometimes used by the owner (his house being situated on the opposite side), a cosy veranda and communal enclosed garden with electric lockable fence. In the surroundings you can visit Varenna and the coast of the lake. The "Chiesa dei Santi Maurizio e Lazzaro", the "Isola Comacina", and many other interesting places.
A house with a swimming pool, "Villa Valentina" is in a green area of rubinie, typical trees of Lake Como. From the courtyard and the rooms you can enjoy a lovely view of the lake. The solarium and the swimming pool (5 m. X 10 m.) are to be shared with another detached house, where the owner of the villa lives. This house is in the middle of a 600m2 wide fenced park . The house has 2 kitchens and 2 or 3 families can comfortably live in it for a maximum of 8/10 people.
It is in the centre of a town, a few yards away from the Railway and 100 meters from the lovely white beach of Lierna. Restaurants, bar, newsagent, pizzeria and shops at 150 meters.
