The cottage, completely made of stones, is located in the middle of a olive groove on the hills halfway between Lucca and the coast. With this holiday home you made the right choice: you will be impressed by the peacefulness and the quiet of this place It will be really like going back to the roots: on the extensive lands of the property there are sheep pasturing, you may help yourself in the vegetable garden, get your eggs or buy the olive oil produced by the owners.
Access to the house by means of a couple of steps: kitchen/living room with fridge with freezer compartment, stove, oven, wood oven, SAT-TV, dining table, 5 steps below: 1 spacious living room with 1 double sofa-bed, sink, washing machine. A spiral stair leads to a room downstairs with 1 double bedroom with exit onto the back of the house, 1 bathroom with shower (cubicle), WC and bidet.
You have many day trips possibilities: you may spend a day on the seaside (the Versilia coast is within easy reach) or visit the main Tuscan cities like nearby Lucca, Pisa and Florence. You may even take a day trip to the famous “Cinque Terre”. Or otherwise, simply relax in the house by the side of the beautiful pool (6.50 x 3.80 m, depth: 1.50m, completely set in the earth) and enjoy the sunset in the garden with a glass of wine. The pool is located underneath the owner’s house in roughly m 200 from the holiday home and can be easily reached on foot. The owners may use the pool sometimes.The parking is within m 200 from the house, upon arrival the owner will help you with his cross-country vehicle with the luggage transportation.
