In Asciano’s countryside,6 km far from the village, right in the centre of the lunar scenery of Crete senesi, is placed the agritourism. The cottage was an ancient hayloft, in the years lovingly restored by the owners respecting the local tradition cotto floor, wood ceiling, and the bedroom and bathroom with travertine ( the local stone) floor. Nowadays it is an excellent place for relaxing vacation.
Independent and quiet, next to the owner’s residence, has a wonderful 360° panorama looking the Crete Senesi hills with view over Siena in one side and Montalcino and Trequanda in the other side. The place stirs up the best emotions. The owners produce fruits and vegetables and rear farmyard animals.

Payment Policy: Rates are in Euros.
We accept bank transfer, credit card payment with 3% additional on price, cash. A first 30% is due at booking time.
Cancellation Policy: 30% of total amount of rental, for cancellation; 50% of total amount of rental, if the cancellation comes among the 44th and the 30th day before arrival date; 90% of total amount of rental, if the cancellation comes among the 29th and the last day before arrival date; 100% of total amount of rental, if the cancellation comes the arrival day or if the client won’t show up. In case the agency will rent again the just cancelled apartment for the same cancelled period, the client will have to pay just a 15% of the total amount of rental.
