Payment Policy: All rates are in British Pounds.
We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking and the balance to be paid 6 weeks prioir to the rental.
We also ask for a ?100.00 security deposit per week which is refundable within 7 days of the end of the rental, subject to deductions for any damages, breakages etc.
Payments can be paid by bank transfer or cheque.
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is no additional fee but the deposit is non refundable. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of ?100.00 payable, the deposit is non refundable.There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival unless exceptional circumstances are provided. Travel Insurance is advised.
Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
There is a no smoking policy inside the villa.
Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
No more than 6 persons may sleep at the villa any one night. |
