Payment Policy: Prices are for each Trullo EXCLUSIVITY:( available May, June and September only). If both trulli are available and you would prefer not to share the pool for a supplement of ?350or ˆ400 a week we will not take bookings on the other trullo. (reasonable rent policy still applies)
Deposit: We require a deposit of 25% to secure your booking at the time of your reservation this covers cancellations. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your holiday plus ?250/ˆ250 per trullo as security against any damages to the property. WE RETURN THE SECUCURITY DEPOSIT 1 WEEK AFTER YOUR HOLIDAY COMPLETION in Puglia.
Full terms and conditions provided on booking. The pool will be open from May to September at least. During low season a charge will be made to cover heating costs, details on request. Also 5% discount for booking both truly for two weeks or more
