Every day you can enjoy two ayurvedic treatments depending on your health and constitution. A doctor and vaidya are in the house. In the morning you can start with yoga - and meditation lessons. Kerala cuisine. The food is vegetarian and is served in the restaurant of the Ayurvedic Center. Several trips you can do like: beachttrip to the Arabian Sea, eco boat tour through the peaceful Backwaters, villagewalk, local handicrafts, temple visit, shopping in Fort Cochin, etc... You can choose your preferred date of departure and time of stay. A hearty and hospitable team shall make your stay an unforgettable experience. Welcome in "Gods own country"
