Villa Costa Mare is located 150 metres from a sandy sea front, in the peaceful resort of Pefkos which lies 4km from Lindos: a very tourist attraction on the Island of Rhodes, where you will find numerous restaurants and shops.
The plot is at such way oriented, so that it offers unlimited views of the sea, while the minimum distance that separates it from the sea, gives the possibility of calmness and privacy for the settlers.
The main objective was the complete harmonization of residence with the natural environment, so the architecture and location to form an element.
The outer shell of residence consists by a composition of mixed volumes with the landscape and its elements.
A central element of residence is an independent overflow swimming-pool, which take shape in the exterior verandas of residence that illustrate the liquid component of the residence.
All residence are built on two levels, combining the traditional with the contemporary planning using stones from a local excavation.
The “scenery” offers Indoor and outdoor activities and a sense of serenity.
Enjoy lazy days by the pool-Jacuzzi(35sq2) with breathtaking views across the local bays and take in mesmerizing sunsets over the offshore islands. There are four bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and two WC in the 1st floor and the 2nd floor. There are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. The covered veranda offers shade during the hot summer months and the large patio area is ideal for outdoor cooking on the barbecue area. The pool-Jacuzzi overlooks the bay and on towards the mountains opposite.

Bedroom 3 and 4 are twin bedrooms, A/C, LCD HD TV sets, 1st floor, with one bathroom.

Kitchen: A well equipped kitchen is situated on the ground floor and includes the following facilities: full size high level oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils washing machine, blender, dining facilities etc. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware.
Utility Room: Washing machine, toaster, juicer.
Living Rooms: At the ground floor there is a spacious area where the dining area and the comfortably furnished lounger, are found. Two three seater sofas, A/C unit, large LCD HD TV set/radio, DVD player and stereo, CD player and Patio Doors leading outside to pool and garden.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Cleaning and laundry change carried out once weekly.
Outside
The large private pool /Jacuzzi pool is expertly maintained and there are enough sun loungers for all the guests. The pool can be accessed by steps. The pool is private and solely for the use of Villa Costa Mare guests. The barbecue area is big enough for lovely meals away from the sun. Its front side overlooks the sea while in the back side there is a beautiful mountain view. In the garden there are spots where you can hide from moments of relaxation. Outdoor seating for up to 12, sun loungers, brollies, barbecue, private pool, jacuzzi seating area. Parking place for up to 3 cars.
Coast/Beach
The villa is situated 150 metres from the closest beach, about 5 minutes walking distance.
The beach is long and sandy, there is a section with sunbeds/umbrellas available for hiring and a canteen. The water is crystal clear and calm, perfect for swimming or sunbathing. There is also a rocky area for those who prefer fishing, diving or snorkeling! This is one of the emptiest and quietest beaches in this stretch of coast.
Travel
Bus and taxi stations are 10 minutes walking distance from the villa.
The only airport on Rhodes Island is called Diagoras and is 45kms from the villa. You can rent a car at the airport and drive yourself, or take a taxi at around 50 euros. Renting a car for a week will cost around 140 euros. The harbor of Rhodes is about 45 minutes driving distance by car.
A car is not essential but is recommended if you wish to explore the beautiful island of Rhodes.

The villa is located in a very quiet area only 10 mins walking distance from Pefkos center.
Pefkos is a beach resort with a large range of of restaurants, tavernas and bars. This resort is very safe even for children on their own. Greeks are so friendly that same people keep coming back.
