Villa Sasha is a delightful mix of traditional build and contemporary style. Situated just outside the village of Litsarda, in it's own gated plot of 4,200 sqm, it has wonderful views of the sea and white mountains. Litsarda village centre is a 5 min walk, there you will find a pizzeria serving delicious pizzas to eat in or take away. The villa is designed with the living room, dining area and kitchen all being on the 1st floor. The 2 balconies are a great place to sunbathe, dine or just admire the beautiful views and amazing sunsets. The large 10m x 5m pool is private, has roman steps, shower and enjoys the sun all day long. The pergola offers welcome shade from the mid-day sun.
15 mins drive to the sandy beaches of Georgeopolis, Kalyves and Almyride
3 mins drive to Tavernas, Shops, 24 hr English speaking Health Centre, Chemist, Bank (with ATM), Petrol Stations, Post Office, English Butcher, Bakers and Internet Cafe.
The garden consists of shrubs, honeysuckle, jasmine, 19 olive trees and 2 pomegranate trees.

*** A non refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your booking and is to be paid within 4 days. The outstanding balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. Any bookings taken within 6 weeks of departure will be required to be paid in full.
*** Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
*** A refundable breakage/damage deposit of £150 is required with the final balance, this will be returned to you within 14 days of you departing the villa once it's been checked and there are no breakages, damages or additional cleaning.
*** Earliest arrival time is from 3pm, departure time is 10 am to enable the villa to be cleaned for the next guests.

*** Family bathroom has a bath as well as a separate shower cubicle.

*** 4 Bicycles are available upon request.
*** The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and guests who are staying for 2 weeks will receive a mid-holiday villa clean, towel and bed linen change.
