The Apartment consists of two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single bed), a lounge (with double sofa bed), a fully equiped kitchen with dish washer and washingmachine, a big private patio with seaview and a comunnal patio with bougainvillea, olive trees, BBQ. It is situated at the edge of a beautiful authentic greek village Agios Georgios on the unspoilt and unknown peninsula of Methana, only 2 hours from Athens.
Agios Georgios is situated a 3 minute walk from the apartment. It is a typical small Greek Village with a church, three tavernas, a small fishing port, a beach and the most wonderful views over the Saronic Gulf. There are no shops or banks in Agios Georgios. For this you will have to go to Methana town (a 15 minute - 15€ - drive with a taxi).
Methana is unspoilt and largely undeveloped. Its mountainous, volcanic landscape gives it a deep brooding quality that fits with the serious mood of people who want to concentrate and not be afraid to go deep. And all around there is blue sea.

To rent the apartment the price is ˆ75 per night with a minimum of 4 nights and a maximum of 4 people.
An independant self contained studio with seaview (private bathroom, balcony, kitchen, airco and 2 minute walk from the beach) costs 60ˆ per night for TWO people with a minimum of 4 nights.

Cancellation Policy: We make a letting contract and ask a 25% deposit. The balance can be paid 3 weeks before arrival or in cash on day of arrival in Greece. In case of cancellation the 25% will not be returned.
