Quiet surroundings amongst the olive trees, panoramic view and fantastic sunset in the entire gulf and the Mt Pilion. 5 minutes walking from the village Afetes a small picturesque mountainous village of Mt Pilion with intense traditional colour. 1.5 km (20 minutes walking) from Afissos, which is a very lively village with taverns, super markets, tourist shops and beaches. There are lots of small fantastic beach creeks in the wild Aegean Sea, 40 minutes by car. Studios Madalena is a suitable starting point for someone to visit the whole peninsula of Mt Pilion. Car recommend. Pelion, the mythical mountain, the Centaurs’ Mountain, is nature’s absolute beauty. Many wonders and myths have originated from this eternally magical place.
