The apartment is located in a building built in the beginning of the 20 th century. It is on the 4 th floor. The access is by stairs only. There is no lift in the building. There is no private parking. The flat has been renovated in 2006. The total surface of the apartment is 40 m². It is composed of an entry, a leaving room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. There is a window in all the rooms except in the bathroom. The view from the leaving room and the kitchen is a recent building ( built in the eighties ) and the view from the bedroom is the street.
The orientation of these windows is East – West. The place is quiet and the noise of the traffic is very low. The leaving room is furnished with a cupboard, a table, 5 chairs, a television and a sofa which is transformable into a bed for 2 persons ( 140 cm wide ). The bedroom has a big wardrobe, a bed for 2 persons ( 140 cm wide ). These 2 beds are very comfortable. We also have an extra foam bed for 1 person ( suitable for a child ). The kitchen is equipped with cupboards, a sink, a hot plate with 4 gas cooking positions, a refrigerator, an electric oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
