Located in the Languedoc region, Uzes is a jewel of a medieval/renaissance town which continues to be a center of culture, commerce, agriculture and activities. Uzes is near the famous Roman aqueduct, the Pont du Gard (13 km), as well as several historical cities such as Nimes (25 km), Avignon (35 km), and Arles (60 km). Outdoor activities in the surrounding country side include swimming in the Gardon river, hiking, bicycling, and horseback riding. Sand beaches of the Mediterranean are about 80 km away.
The bedroom has one double bed (140 cm), and the mezzanine has a single bed with a pull-out bed that will comfortably accommodate one adult or two children. The water closet is on the first level and the bathroom (with bathtub/shower) on the second level. There is a closet on the second level. The apartment now has central air-conditioning and heating.
