Lovely one-bedroom gite, sleeps 2/3. The first floor comprises a mezzanine bedroom with double-height void overlooking the dining area, and a large shower-room. On the ground floor there is a large open-plan lounge (with convertible double sofa), dining area, WC and kitchen area equipped with electric oven/hob, micro-wave, coffee machine. For bookings in the cooler months, the gite has a wood-burning stove. The gite has a very private patio area and is situated in an acre of grounds with an outdoor swimming pool (shared with two other gites) and fantastic views over open countryside. The swimming pool and grounds are shared. We are situated within the Perigord Regional National Park area, on the historic route of Richard the Lionheart and only 35 minutes from Limoges airport with direct flights from many regional UK airports. Ideally situated for visiting the historic towns and villages in the Dordogne (3km away) and Limousin regions, with their beautiful chateaux and churches.
