The troglodyte gite was built in the 18th century, but now it's a very confortable and pitturesque house, in a village surrounded by vineyards of Vouvray wine, at 500 m of the Loire River, near Tours, the main town of Touraine, the gite "La Rochelière" is very well situated to visit Loire Valley and the château of the french Kings and the wine cellars of the wine othe Loire. In the village there are a baker, a butcher, a grocer near the church of the village, at 500 m ot the gite, and restaurants, a market each saturday morning, a super market at 3 km, a line of bus to go Tours. 3 rooms in the gite : a bedroom (a bed 160 for 2 people an a bed 90) a living room with sofa and TV and kitchen very well equipted, a bathroom with a shower and a bath, and a billiard room with an extra bed.
