Situated just 15minutes drive from Beziers airport. The apartment has been converted from an original reception room of the winemaker and retains many characteristic. There is an original marble fireplace, traditional tiled floors and decorative plasterwork on ceiling and walls plus large shuttered French windows which allow access to a small balcony at the front of the house. The apartment is at the front of the house facing east so the morning sun floods the apartment through the french windows. Centrally heated for the cooler winter evenings makes it a perfect base from which to explore the area, house-hunt, holiday or just spend some quality time in the relaxing sunshine of the south of France. For those who require it there is free access to high-speed internet via WIFI within the apartment! There is a large sun terrace at the rear of the house which is for the communal use of all 4 or our holiday apartments. This terrace has a large bbq, dining tables and chairs, sun beds and a relaxing swinging seat (always popular). Spend the evening relaxing under the stars with a glass or two of local wine after a busy day sightseeing! Below the sun terrace is a spacious recreation room with a relaxing corner of settees and easy chairs, a bookshelf full of mainly novels and a second bookcase of leaflets, maps and local information.
