Our newly refurbished two bedroom town house is in the secure and gated Fuentemar complex, Garrucha on the coast of Costa de Almeria, the driest and sunniest costa in Spain. The complex is situated only 40 minutes from Almeria airport and has pretty,well maintained gardens and two lovely swimming pools with a separate paddling pool for children. It's just about 7 minutes stroll to 4 miles of uncrowded, blue flag beach (lifeguards present during the high season) and there is an excellent choice of bars and restaurants all within walking distance ranging from Spanish to Indian. There is a list of recommended restaurants kept at the house for information. A well stocked supermarket is approximately a one minute walk from the house and there are larger supermarkets within 5 minutes drive. Perfectly situated for the whole family - Golf lovers will be delighted at the nearest golf course being just 5 minutes drive away and three other championship courses within 15 minutes drive, Desert Springs being one! The Aqua Park is within 5 minutes and is on the excellent, reliable and very cheap bus route. Fabulous beaches, markets, history, sports etc all within 10 minutes from the house. This is where the Spanish spend their holidays so if you want to see the real Spain, come to Costa de Almeria and especially the Vera Playa area.

Casa Ella has been furnished to be suitable for families or couples and has a roomy lounge / diner downstairs with TV and Sky, CDs/DVDs and player. There is also a downstairs cloakroom and a fully fitted kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay including a large fridge freezer, microwave, hob, washing machine and all the essentials like crockery and cutlery etc including picnic ware, cool bags etc. An excellent quality travel cot and stair gates are also available if you should need them at no extra charge.

Upstairs the two bedrooms are light and airy, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning for those warm summer nights and quality bed linen is provided. The fully tiled bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower. Towels are provided but please bring your own towels for the beach/pool. If you would like to hire beach towels please ask.

There is plenty of outside space and a roof terrace with outdoor furniture for relaxing in the shade or topping up your tan. There are four sun loungers with good quality mattresses on the terrace, BBQ, beach games, air beds and a parasol to take to the beach.

Collection to and from Almeria or Murcia airports by private car can be arranged if required.
