The accommodation
From the house and its spacious rooms, you can enjoy fantastic sea and mountain views, more impressive even if you access the infinity pool with tropical design located in front of the house. The other swimming pool located on the upper level, open and conditioned all year round. The sunbeds are free. The courtyard garden located in a wing of the house and terrace with barbecue in the other, with the kitchen and living room in between, makes it ideal for a relaxing holiday without space problems. The four bedrooms are on the second and third floor, counting the master bedroom, very spacious, with another terrace and double bathroom (bathtub and shower stall). Apart has another bathroom and a toilet distributed at each level. Excellent beds and mattress quality for a good confort. Soundproofing and insulation double glazed. Hot and cold air conditioning, TV and satellite channels in several languages.
Setting
The house is located in the residential area of "Fuentes de Almuñecar", highly appreciated in the area, its quiet. The sea and mountains landscape, mild climate in summer and warm in winter with 320 sunny days a year as an average, makes the place ideal to spend a good holidays at any season. It is very close (4 minutes by car) to several beaches in the form of coves, sandy type, gravel or cliffs and more enlivened beaches with its promenade and town center (6 minutes by car) with all kinds of shops, bars and cheerful the whole year. For skiing lovers, Sierra Nevada, just one hour drive, is an ideal choice. And for those who prefer the historical and cultural tourism, the moresque castle La Alhambra, in Granada about 55 min drive, and the old town will leave an unforgettable print in your memory.
