Two bedroom house situated on a small hillside site between Sunny Beach and Sveti Vlas. The property is south facing overlooking Sunny Beach bay towards Nessebar, with wooded hills to the rear.
It is on a small private complex of 18 houses. There is private parking, two shared pools and a community garden / bar / garden area that is maintained to the highest standards.

The property has a master bedroom with double bed and balcony overlooking the bay. The second bedroom has two single beds overlooking the garden / pool area. There is a sofa bed in the lounge and a travel cot if required. There is a bathroom on the first floor and a wet room on the ground floor suitable for disabled visitors.
The property is fully accessible for disabled visitors with ramps and slopes throughout the house and the complex.
The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine etc.
The lounge / dining area has a dining table with four chairs, large sofa bed, armchair, TV, DVD, CD/radio,
fire and air conditioning unit. There is no satelite TV, but there is a collection of DVD's and CD's. Guests are welcome to bring their own if they think they will be required.
The house is fully equiped to live in with crockery, cuttlery, iron & ironing board, hairdryer etc.
There is always someone on the site to answer any questions and sort out any problems.

The property is a 30 minute drive from Bourgas airport, Varna airport is about 1 hour 15 minutes. Bourgas and Varna are both vibrant cities and well worth visiting.
Sunny Beach is a very large, summertime resort with everything you could wish for. Sveti Vlas has an old town with bars & resturants which are open year round and beach front / Marina area which is very modern and stylish. You can walk to the near end of Sunny Beach in about 30 minutes, Sveti Vlas beach is about a 15 minute walk, Sveti Vlas old town is about a 10 minute walk. Obviously these are all only a few minutes by car and there is a very good bus service that runs along the entire bay.
When I visit I always hire a car, but this is by no means essential to enjoy your holiday. Airport transfers can be arranged if required at local cost.
