The apartment is located on the top floor with direct sea and pool views from all the windows and the balcony. This is an excellent penthouse apartment light ,spacious with a double bed, W/C and shower room. The kitchen is open plan with all the modern appliances to include a cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. Crockery and cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils are provided. The apartment is air conditioned and wi-fi is available by the pool area. There is a comfortable lounge area with TV / DVD, double sofa bed and an arm chair. DVDs, books. Ipod docking station and a selection of CDs are provided for your use.

Less than 50 metres from the apartment there are a number of little secluded coves and rocky beaches with crystal clear water. The largest beach in the area- Harmonite beach is only 1km away, Kavatsi beach is also nearby. The historic town of Sozopol is just 1 mile away with its fantastic fish restaurants, terraced cafes and bars, arts and crafts shops and renowned arts and music festival.

The Old Town has several quaint churches and a park that comes alive in the cool of the early evening when many Bulgarians and tourists of all ages are out for a stroll. View the arts and crafts stalls or take the trail around the bay and stop at one of the many traditional restaurants and watch the world go by.

Children will love the beach activities and amusements, and there is also some night life for the young at heart. Scuba divers can find many wrecks and a petrified forest just off the coast of Sozopol. I Sozopol they are still unearthing archaeological treasures many of which you can see in the museum.

Sozopol is also internationally known for it's Apollonia Music & Arts Festival in early September, with nightly music, theatre and dance performances.
