Villa Masbah is a luxurious 2 story town house dwelling, with 3 bedrooms. It is spacious and equipped for 6-8 people with every amenity you can think of to provide a real home from home which you can truly relax in.

The villa has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and boasts all up to date appliances including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, large oven & hob, water cooler and microwave. In addition the kitchen includes all of the utensils and crockery you would expect to find in your own home.

The open plan Lounge/Dining Room has a dining table to seat 8 and the living area provides a great place to relax with comfortable seating. Entertainment such as a home theater surround sound system, DVD player a selection of books, satellite 42” plasma TV with satellite channels to suit every taste internationally. An extra downstairs sitting area or family/games room provides space for those wishing to log on to the internet, keep in touch with business, or play on the X Box Games Console. The sofa bed doubles as additional sleeping space for 2 people if required.

There is a guest toilet downstairs, and a utility area housing the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Upstairs, the Master Bedroom boasts a very romantic super king-size four poster bed and en-suite bathroom with a vanity unit, bath and overhead shower. A further two bedrooms upstairs, one double and one oversized twin room both well furnished, with shared bathroom facilities. All bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes with a safe in the master bedroom for your valuables.

All linens and towels are provided in abundance, as well as all of those little extras that make the villa practical, functional and homely.

The rear of the house offers seclusion and has high walled garden. It is paved to surround the large private pool, and the outside dining and sun loungers and huge sun umbrella provide a perfect area to eat, relax, and sunbathe and swim in privacy.
