| Notes from the owner/agent | Please call for holiday & premium week rates and rates for our one bedroom villas. The rates are based on four persons in a two bedroom villa. Extra persons may be accommodated at management's discretion. Please inquire when you make a reservation. All rates are subject to 10.5% tax. Reservation are confirmed upon receipt of 40% deposit. Balance due upon arrival. Advance deposits will be refunded with written cancellation notice of at least EIGHT weeks prior to rental commencement date. There is a $50 cancellation fee. If cancellation is less than eight weeks from rental commencement date, any loss of revenue as a result of cancellation will be charged against the deposit in addition to the $50 cancellation fee.
