It is situated in a secluded part of the village of Kizilyaka with beautiful view overlooking majestic hills. Towels and bed linen will be changed twice per week.The kitchen is well equipped and has all the facilites that you would expect of a modern European kitchen. It consists of Oven with 4 ringed hob and grill( electric), large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and all other utensils. All bedrooms have air conditioning and the main bedroom is en-suite. The main bedroom has a double bed and its own balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The twin bedrooms- one overlooks the pool and the other the rear of the property. The bedroooms share a large bathroom with a shower over , toilet and washbasin. The living area also has all the facilites you would expect. There is a dining table and chairs for 6 persons, a three piece suite consisting of a settee and two chairs, a modern television, satellite receiver showing European channels, 2 sets of patio doors leading onto balconies, outstanding views over the pool and surrounding hillsides All doors and windows have fly screens. Good quality patio furniture is on the balconies.The villa is siuated on the South West coast of Turkey in a tranquil village called Kizilyaka. This charming village is less than 30 minutes drive from Marmaris whilst the spectacular Ouludeniz is only one hours drive away. It is ideally situated for access to beaches, historical sites, various leisure areas as well as a centre for sightseeing. Although car hire is advised to explore the rest of Turkey the village is only a short walk away with local shops and restaurants. The bay of Gokova (Akayaka) is only 10 minutes away by car with spectacular scenery and also the famous riverside restaurants situted by the Azmak river. There are a few local restaurants in the villagfe within walking distance that serve traditional Turkish dishes(Pide Houses). There is also chiken takeaway which is open 24 hours. At the petrol station about 300 metres away from the property exchange facilities are also available. Included in the property price are maid service, gardening, pool cleaning, electric, water, local taxes, air conditioning etc. Extra services which are avaailable at extra cost include shopping, baby sitting, tourist guide, driver, guided walks, local cooking and transport to and from the airport.
