Stunning and spacious 4 bed villa in private walled complex with lovely gardens, communal swimming pool, separate childrens pool, and plenty of room to laze around on its balconies, verandas, roof terrace. There is a stone built barbecue on the terrace and a stone fireplace inside. The villa has a sea view from the roof terrace, and is just a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride from the main beach, marina, ferry port, resort facilities, nightlife, aqua park, Apollo temple, and only a few minutes walk to supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. The villa itself is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, and air conditioning throughout. Downstairs is open planned, with shower and wc, and large veranda to the front. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms (2 large doubles and one with bunk beds), bathroom with Jacuzzi, and large veranda. On the second floor, there is a large 4th bedroom and large sun terrace. All rooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets. The villa has 160 m2 floor space, and is marketed as an 8 bed holiday home, but does have an additional sofa bed in the lounge, and 2 of the rooms are spacious enough to accommodate 4 people. All the beaches offer crystal clear turquoise, shallow, clean water, a sandy sea bed and no rocks, sharp stones or undercurrents. There are many more small coves and bays dotted up and down this particular bit of coastline, and there are over 30 beaches in and around Didim. For those with a sense of adventure, you could hire a car and suss out your own little beach - youd probably find a few undiscovered gems that would give you peace and solitude hour after hour if that is what you wanted.
