Villa Limon is a detached villa, set in the Tasyaka area of Fethiye with communal swimming pool and gardens shared by two other villas. The separate fully fitted kitchen includes oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and also has a breakfast bar. The living area has TV and DVD player, sofa (sofa bed) and chairs. The lounge leads to a large terrace. Downstairs there is a WC and sink, plus cupboard understairs for the washing machine. The two bedrooms are doubles and include wardrobe space, bedside cabinets and rugs. A large balcony leads off one of the bedrooms. Air conditioning is in both bedrooms and downstairs. The upstairs bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and fitted sink with cupboards underneath. There is an outside table and chairs for six people for dining and an outside BBQ. Two sun loungers are available. Smoking is allowed. Pets are not welcome. Sleeps 4 people in the double beds, plus 2 more on the sofa bed. We have left a local information pack in the property, which includes what to do, where to go, etc. If you need any help or assistance during your stay, we can also provide you with a local contact number. We arrange to have the villa cleaned every week, bedding and towels washed and beds made up. There is no extra charge for this service. We can also offer our airport transfer service to transfer you safely to your rental accommodation (extra charge). Then turn right and walk for 2 minutes for local bus services to Hisaronu, Olu Deniz (beach), and the surrounding areas. A new bus route will be starting shortly from right outside the villa. They are two local shops 5 minutes walk away. Also Migros supermarket is around a 20 minute walk from the villa. There is a holiday complex called Green Valley 5 minutes walk from the villa. You can use the complex including their swimming pool, gym, sauna, turkish bath, etc. A small charge might be payable. The beach at Oludeniz is a 25 minute bus journey or the beach at Calis is a 20 minute bus journey. Oludeniz is a resort famous for the Blue lagoon beach and other small private beaches. The resort itself also has many shops, restaurants and bars. Hisaronu also has a number of restaurants, bars and shops. Fethiye is in the other direction and also the local town. Fethiye is situated around a wide bay, and is a bustling, friendly market town, surrounded by spectacular mountains and stunning scenery. Enjoy a stroll along the harbour, or relax with a drink or a meal in the many restaurants and cafes around Fethiye. Try the local fish market in Fethiye, where you buy your fish, then have it cooked in one of the many surrounding restaurants. Take the dolmus to Calis, Olu Deniz, Hisaronu, Ovacik and Kayakoy. Haggle at the local markets on Sunday (Calis), Monday (Hisaronu), Tuesday (Fethiye). Experience a Turkish Bath! Visit Oludeniz Beach and the blue lagoon on the right side. This is one of Turkeys most photographed beaches. Paragliding! Try some Turkish food. Even if it is only a Turkish kebab. Go on one of the many excursions on offer - Dalyan (mud baths), Paumukkale (cotton castle), Ephesus (one of the 7 wonders of the world), boat trips, scuba diving, Jeep Safari (off the beaten track) and many more.
