Jasmin Villa is in Faralya Court and shared with four other villas with amazing sea views. The villa has an open plan design, featuring high wooden beamed ceilings and four balconies overlooking the sea. Enter the villa through a court yard and Jasmin Villa 4 is on the right side. The main door brings you into a large open plan living area with fully fitted kitchen (including balcony), TV and CD player. The living room and dining area enjoys stunning sea views from the balcony. The two bedrooms are located on the lower floor. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and the second bedroom has twin beds. There is also a bathroom with shower and WC on this floor. The villas all share an unusual two tiered infinity pool with a waterfall and landscaped gardens. The swimming pool is available from 1st May to 31st October. No smoking allowed in the villa or pets. The wood burning stove in the living area is used to heat the villa during the winter months (a small charge of 10 pounds per week is payable). Faralya Court is set above the village of Faralya, 1000ft above sea level and enjoys a cooling breeze during the summer months. The local bus stop is only a 5 minute walk from the villa. Oludeniz is a 15 minute drive away and Fethiye a 40 minute drive away. Although not essential, car hire is recommended in order to explore this truely stunning area of Turkey. Oludeniz has the most famous and most photographed beach in Turkey. Faralya is located on one of the top 5 in the world walks - the Lycian Way. Nearby they are two excellent restaurants. The Olive Garden overlooking Kabak Bay, serves excellent food with real rustic charm. The Water Mill, offers a 7 course menu every evening. We do recommend using our airport transfer service if you dont know the area, and we provide a smooth and safe journey to the rental accommodation (extra charge).
