The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is no smoking and is fitted with English plumbing, allowing paper to be flushed (unlike any other apartment in the area).. The ground floor consists of a double and a twin bedroom, bathroom, and open plan lounge/kitchen area. The fully fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, full height fridge freezer, and washing machine in the laundry room in the basement, and the lounge has two 2 seater sofas to relax in after a hard days sunbathing. A patio door lead from the lounge out onto a large covered terrace suitable for seating 6 people comfortably, on beautiful cane furniture. The terrace overlooks the pool in one direction and the beautiful mountain views in the other. The tiled roof overhangs the terrace giving shade for virtually all the day. The basement has been tastefully converted into a large open plan twin bedroom and lounge area. At one end you have a large fitted wardrobe, dressing unit and twin beds, on the other a 2 seater and 3 seater sofa, facing a TV and DVD sitting on a handmade unit. Two windows provide ample light and even on a cloudy day there is no need to have the lights on. Two additional rooms lead off this room, the laundry/utility room with a washing machine fully installed with ironing board and iron; and an ensuite bathroom with large shower cubicle, bath with shower, wc and sink. Being in the basement to water pressure is greater, giving you a power shower experience.
