Our 3 bedroom duplex apartment is in a quiet area of Calis and a twenty minute walk to the beach, and close to local transport services.

The lounge consists of a seating area, TV & DVD player.
The fully fitted kitchen includes oven, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, iron and washing machine.
The bedrooms all have wardrobes, storage, bedside cabinets and air conditioning.
The bathroom includes shower, sink and WC.
Also available for outside use are tables and chairs.
The apartment also shares a communal poolside bar.
We have left a local information pack in the property, which includes what to do, where to go, etc.
If you need any help or assistance during your stay, we can also provide you with a local contact number.
We arrange to have the apartment cleaned every week, bedding and towels washed and beds made up. There is no extra charge for this service.
We can also offer our airport transfer service to transfer you safely to your rental accommodation (extra charge).
A local market is only a few minutes walk away.
The beach and promenade is a pleasant 15 minute walk.
The main road for the local bus services into Calis, Fethiye, etc, is only a minute away.
A small selection of local shops, bars and restaurants are within a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
Enjoy a leisurely 10-15 minute walk to the local market in Calis on Sunday and haggle over the many bargains to be found.
Calis Beach is a quiet, yet busy resort, with a long narrow sandy and shingle beach, sunbeds, umbrellas and some water sports. The beach enjoys a cooling breeze, ideal for when the temperatures rise in the summer months.
Take the local bus into Fethiye, or use the water taxi near the beach. Fethiye is situated around a wide bay, and is a bustling, friendly market town surrounded by spectacular mountains and stunning scenery. Enjoy a stroll along the harbour, or relax with a drink or meal in the many restaurants and cafes around Fethiye.
Also try the fish market in Fethiye, where you buy your fish, then have it cooked in one of the many surrounding restaurants.
Take the dolmus to Calis, Olu Deniz (blue lagoon), Hisaronu, Ovacik and Kayakoy.
Haggle at the local markets on Sunday (Calis), Monday (Hisaronu), Tuesday (Fethiye).
Experience a Turkish Bath.
Visit Oludeniz beach which is one of Turkeys most photographed beaches.
