The living area has a three seater sofa bed, a two seater sofa and an armchair. There is a dining table and 6 chairs. This area benefits from dual aspect windows and doors. There are 2 large patio doors leading out to a large balcony with a large table and chairs. The balcony has a gate directly to the pool and gardens. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, full oven/grill, hob, extractor, toaster, kettle, food mixer, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, cutlery, crockery and all kitchen utensils. There are 2 bedrooms, the dual aspect master bedroom has a large patio door leading to a balcony with table and chairs and another door leading to the ensuite bathroom. The apartment has a safe deposit box and all windows have shutters and there is a security guard included in our site maintenance even though there is virtually no crime. The outdoor space has landscaped gardens with a large communal pool and baby pool with a poolside shower and WC. There is a large stone BBQ for communal use. 4 sun loungers and mattresses are provided and there is on site car parking. The airport is approximately 45 mins. away and transfers can be arranged at very reasonable costs, so a car is not necessary. Nearby is the Saturday market, a cab rank, roads with dolmus buses, free beach buses and a medium sized supermarket. Bars and restaurants are 5 mins walk away.
