"Ta Nikola Farmhouse" is situated next door to Tan-Nanna Farmhouse, and on the opposite side is Tal-Kitarra Farmhouse. This is also a very old farmhouse, but not as old as Tan Nanna. The entrance leads to an open plan living room/dining room, with a television (cable connected) and open fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped (self-catering) with a microwave, toaster, electric water jug, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, etc. From the living area there is a small set of wooden stairs leading to a small bedroom, split leveled, but also on ground floor. The toilet/shower is situated in the backyard, just as you go out of the sitting area. The deck area of this farmhouse gets long hours of direct sunlight (almost from sunrise to sunset). The deck area is very spacious, with a 25 foot swimming pool, and barbecue area and set. Open stairs lead to the first floor, where there is a sunny terrace overlooking the pool (enjoying country views) and two bedrooms (one double bedroom and another accommodating 3 single beds), both with en-suite bathroom/shower. This farmhouse sleeps up to 8 people. It is ideal for summer holidays for a family with children, 2 families with up to 4 children and/or groups of friends We can also cater for large groups. We can offer from 3 to 10 bedrooms, since Tan-Nanna Farmhouse, Ta Nikola Farmhouse and Tal-Kitarra Farmhouse are situated next to each other and can all be interconnected. This farmhouse is ideal for families, groups of friends or couples. It is more suited for summer than Winter, since 2 of the bedrooms have outdoor access, though covered access! It is cosy in Winter as well, since the two larger bedrooms will have direct sunlight on them all day long.
