"Our apartment is in a hillside residence with swimming pool and wonderful views over Lake Garda. The residence is 3km away from the magnificent town of Garda, the lake and beaches. Thanks to their ideal location, our apartments are the right starting point for excursions on the lake and the surrounding area. Facing the Golf Club Cà degli Ulivi, our residence is surrounded by woodlands and vineyards and the town of Garda is a few minutes drive away, where you can find a good selection of shops, bars, and restaurants. The town offers access to the lake and beach and ferries leave from the port, taking you all over Lake Garda. Our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen; bathroom with shower; balcony or terrace and lake views. There is a lovely swimming pool with plenty of space for soaking the sun and is surrounded by our olive trees. To give our customers that little extra, there is a small bar/restaurant overlooking the pool where you can enjoy a range of food and drink and the views over Lake Garda! We also have tennis courts for those of you who are a little more active! We require a security deposit of 100 EUROS on arrival. This will be returned to you on departure, providing all is in order with the apartment and the kitchen has been cleaned. Additional changes of bed linen and towels are possible and which must be ordered and paid for on arrival.
